MEET ROSA CARE ORGANISATION
Our Team
Our Structure
Rosa Care Organisation is officially registered in Zimbabwe as a Private Voluntary Organisation (PVO 15/2020) as of November 5, 2020. From its inception until early 2017, the organization operated as a volunteer-run trust known as Rosa Foundation Trust. In November 2020, we professionalized our operations, transforming into a women-led non-governmental organization focused on serving rural communities in Zimbabwe. Currently, we employ five staff members and collaborate with 54 caregivers on stipends. Our programs support over 300 registered children and reach approximately 500 adults and children each month. We aim to deepen our programs and enhance the quality of services provided to women and children.
Rosa Care Organisation is committed to creating swift and meaningful change for our beneficiaries, primarily women, who are often the most vulnerable members of our communities. Our grassroots approach ensures that we work directly with individuals, fostering empowerment and support. Each rural community cluster associated with our partner schools implements Rosa Care’s model, which is rigorously monitored through financial and activity reports, field visits, and ongoing evaluation. In total, Rosa Care comprises about 56 members, primarily individual volunteers from Zimbabwe, dedicated to our mission and values.
