How We Serve Communities

Our aim at Rosa Care Organisation is to foster sustainable development, promote gender equality, and build climate-resilient communities through the following thematic areas.

HEALTH

We focus on identifying and addressing chronic health concerns in communities. Extreme poverty, lack of clean water, inadequate sanitation, and limited access to healthcare contribute to widespread malnutrition and illness. Our initiatives include supporting healthcare for the elderly, constructing clinics, providing medical equipment, and raising awareness about health and sanitation, particularly for women and children in rural areas.

EDUCATION

Education is vital for personal and social development. We manage over 20 educational projects in Mashonaland East, collaborating with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education to support orphans and vulnerable children. Our programs have received significant community and donor support, emphasizing the importance of education in breaking the cycle of poverty.

We advocate for the fair distribution of resources and opportunities within society. Our diverse livelihood projects aim to strengthen community income and investment, promoting economic resilience and reducing inequalities.

Protecting children, especially those in vulnerable situations, is a core priority. We work to safeguard children's rights and prevent exploitation, including child trafficking. Our programs empower women and communities, helping out-of-school girls access formal education and providing life skills to ensure holistic development for all children, including those affected by HIV/AIDS.
